I suffer from tension/migraine headaches

I have many food rituals and there are foods I have blacklisted as not being okay - i.e. carbs, fat etc.

I have trouble sleeping at night

I have been on more diets that I can count

I feel guilty if I do not exercise everyday

I weigh myself more than once a day

Overall my self-esteem is pretty low

When I look in the mirror, I am not happy with who I see

I have extreme mood swings
